His Excellency Dr. Fahad Bin Abdullah Al Mubarak Appointed as A Member of The Board of Directors Of SIDF

"His Excellency Dr. Fahad bin Abdullah Al Mubarak has been appointed as a member of the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) Board of Directors, according to an announcement by the Cabinet.
This appointment follows a distinguished career, where he previously served as the Chairman of the Saudi Stock Exchange ""Tadawul"" and later as the Governor of SAMA (currently the Saudi Central Bank) from 2011 to 2016.
His Excellency also held the position of the Saudi envoy to the G20 from December 2018 to January 2021, concurrently serving as a Minister of State and a member of the Cabinet. Additionally, he was reappointed as the Governor of the Saudi Central Bank from the beginning of 2021 until February 2023, after which he became an advisor to the Royal Court starting in 2023.
Dr. Al Mubarak has held various positions, including membership in the Shura Council between 1999 and 2005, executive director at Morgan Stanley Saudi Arabia from 2005 to 2011, and membership in companies such as SABIC, National Industrialization Company, Saudi Telecom Company, and Mobily.
It is worth mentioning that Dr. Al Mubarak holds a Master's Degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, financial accounting, and taxation, in addition to a Ph.D. in Business Administration specializing in operations and production management from the University of Houston in the United States. "
