​​April 15, 2020 - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: The Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) continues to accept training applications from Saudi young men and women applying to join its “Nokhab" program. The program offers job opportunities and advanced training programs to develop national talents and fresh graduates to meet the needs of the current and future market. The program is divided into three main programs: “Nokhab" Engineering Program, “Nokhab" Credit Program and “Nokhab" Human Resources Program. The three programs offer a diversified set of incentives to trainees including monthly bonus, housing and transportation allowance, registration in social insurance, medical insurance, annual performance incentive, as well as personal and professional development that allow trainees to acquire practical expertise and build professional relationships on the local, regional and international levels. “Nokhab" programs provides quality training offered inside and outside the premises of SIDF in association with several international organizations that include Stanford Center for Professional Development, a leading international institute in education and research; and Fitch Learning that offers advanced specialized training on all areas and levels in the financial field.
