SIDF Academy, holds a Seminar on Enriching Customer’s Experience

SIDF’s Academy, in cooperation with “Arquette International”, recently held a specialized seminar on customer’s experience and mechanisms of its enrichment. The seminar was held virtually, to familiarize the concept of customer experience, its framework, strategy and basic elements, stages of development, and tasks of those concerned with improving customer experiences with their projects.
The seminar came as part of a series of seminars offered by the Academy in various fields to public, within the framework of Fund's social responsibility, targeting all segments of business community who wish to create a strong link with their clients, and improve and develop their experiences.
It should be noted that SIDF established its academy in 2019, to become the Fund's knowledge channel through which it provides the industrial system and wide segments of society with its accumulated experience in the field of training for more than 48 years.
