"The Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) has achieved second place in KSA's Best Workplaces award for large public sector entities for the year 2022, according to ""Great Place to Work"". This achievement was made possible due to SIDF's innovative and stimulating work environment for its human cadres.

This accomplishment came after “GPTW"" evaluated SIDF based on human resources criteria, in addition to survey results distributed to employees. Through this evaluation, SIDF received a high rating in areas of leadership, employee self-development, benefits, and social responsibility.

This certification supports various business sectors to understand the level of employee satisfaction in the work environment, contributing to the improvement of the work environment, supporting talents and competencies, proper evaluation of their performance and effectiveness, and ultimately reaching an advanced and accomplished work environment.

This award aims to introduce the best work environments in national establishments that can attract, develop, and retain talents with a focus on national youth, empowering women and enabling their contribution in the labor market."
