  H.E. Eng. Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih, Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Industrial Development Fund, has approved the appointment of Dr. Ibrahim Bin Saad Almojel as the Director General of the Saudi Industrial Development Fund. Dr. Almojel expressed his gratitude to H.E. the Minister for his trust. The SIDF Director General stressed that the next phase requires hard work and increased efforts to achieve the aspirations of the wise leadership by continuing the success of the industrial development process in the Kingdom and at the same time stimulate the industrial sector to develop products and services that meet the requirements of local and global markets. I pray to Allah to help me shoulder this trust, the Dr. Said. Dr. Ibrahim Almojel is among some of the most talented young Saudis who have successfully proven their leadership skills. He acquired his experience after leading several well-known business entities, most recently as the Head of Investment Management at Saudi Aramco. He was awarded a PhD in Operations Research, Master’s Degrees in Management Science and in Electrical Engineering by the Stanford University, USA. He also graduated with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, a double major in electrical engineering and mathematics from Vanderbilt University. ​​
