​​​ ​ The Saudi Industrial Development Fund “SIDF" has acquired the membership of the European Foundation for Quality Management “EFQM". This membership is considered a continuation of SIDF's sustainable implementation of quality and excellence programs, the journey of institutional and digital transformation that began in 2018, in addition to the application of the best international standards and practices in institutional work; in order to enable the customer to easily benefit from SIDF's products and services. SIDF will benefit from this membership through learning and applying institutional work systems, developing and governing operations, applying best practices that reflect positively on employees, which leads to improved performance levels, in addition to attending EFQM's conferences and seminars, and facilitating the mechanism for exchanging information and experiences between member institutions. This membership will contribute to highlighting SIDF's efforts and its endeavors to achieve excellence and to leverage the tools necessary to achieve and maintain the highest levels of performance, in order to meet or exceed the expectations of all partners and beneficiaries, and to compete for global excellence awards. EFQM was established in 1989 as a non-profit reference for the governmental and private sectors, and it has +500 members from different authorities representing more than 50 different sectors in +55 countries.​
