SIDF Celebrates Graduation of The Third Cohort of “Nokhab” Training Program
"The Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) celebrated the graduation of the third cohort of “Nokhab"" training program, SIDF's flagship graduate development program. The celebration was in the presence of H.E. the Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources; Chairman of SIDF, Mr. Bandar bin Ibrahim Alkhorayef, H.E. CEO of Saudi EXIM Bank, Eng. Saad bin Abdulaziz Alkhalb, and H.H. CEO of SIDF, Prince Sultan bin Khalid Al Saud.

The third cohort of ""Nokhab"" training program had a total of 45 graduates, distributed across its three tracks: Nokhab Credit, Nokhab Engineers, and Nokhab Market Studies. Specifically, 29 graduated from Nokhab Credit track, while 8 graduated for each of Nokhab Engineers and Nokhab Market Studies tracks. All graduates have successfully completed the training program through an integrated theoretical and practical learning approach, which is instrumental in achieving the aspirations of Saudi Vision 2030 to cultivate a group of skilled and well-trained Saudi talents who will spearhead the industrial economy of Saudi Arabia.

Since its launch in 2019, Nokhab Program has attracted around 74,000 applicants, with 274 trainees successfully enrolled in the program. These trainees were distributed across three tracks: 169 trainees in Nokhab Credit, 51 in Nokhab Engineers, and 54 in Nokhab Market Studies. Out of all enrolled talents in the three batches, 53% were male, and 47% were female."
