SIDF Celebrates the Graduation of the Fourth Cohort of "Nokhab" Training Program

"The Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) celebrated the graduation of the fourth cohort of ""Nokhab"" training program. The graduation was attended by H.E. Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources and Chairman of SIDF, Mr. Bandar bin Ibrahim AlKhorayef, H.E. the CEO of the Saudi Export-Import Bank, Eng. Saad bin Abdulaziz Alkhalb, H.H. CEO of SIDF, Prince Sultan bin Khalid bin Faisal Al Saud, and CEO of the National Infrastructure Fund, Eng. Esmail Alsallom.
A total of 55 graduates completed the fourth ""Nokhab"" training program cohort. The graduates specialized across three tracks: 32 in Nokhab Credit, 14 in Nokhab Market Studies, and 9 in Nokhab Engineers. The variety of tracks in “Nokhab"" highlights SIDF's dedication to developing national talent to support the Kingdom's industrial sector.
The program aims to cultivate a new generation of skilled national professionals through specialized tracks that combine theoretical and practical learning, enabling them to move directly into professional roles and contribute to the national economy and the Kingdom's industrial advancement.
Since its launch in 2019, ""Nokhab"" training program has been at the forefront of SIDF's mission to empower national talent, enabling 196 graduates to start fulfilling careers. Building on SIDF's rich history, which began 50 years ago with the 'Credit Analyst' program, its first trainees were sent to Chase Manhattan Bank, gaining the expertise and skills that remain integral to SIDF's success today."
