"The Saudi Industrial Development Fund has signed a Cooperation Agreement with the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises ""Monsha'at"", to provide advisory support to SME project owners through the ""How to Start Your Industrial Project"" program, offered by "" Monsha'at Academy"".

SIDF was represented by its CEO, HH Prince Sultan bin Khaled Al Saud, and Monsha'at was represented by its Governor, Sami bin Ibrahim Al-Husseini. The agreement was signed on the sidelines of Biban 23 which is held from March 9 to 13.

The agreement aims to create new entrepreneurial opportunities for SME project owners by converting promising ideas and innovations into successful industrial projects. This is achieved through practical implementation of the steps to establish industrial projects and providing the necessary training on the most important procedures and steps. In addition, it equips entrepreneurs with the basic skills for identifying and developing investment ideas, and how to prepare economic feasibility studies to ensure that they are prepared and empowered to establish and launch their industrial projects.

Through this agreement, SIDF aims to provide its support and expertise via SIDF Academy in preparing SME project owners to enter the industrial sector, to add value and become an active factor in the development of the local economy."
